Stucco and Masonry Painting

Stucco, like any surface that is exposed to the elements, needs a little TLC every once in a while. Part of this maintenance is washing, repairs and a fresh coat (or two) of paint. Not only is it good for the longevity of the stucco, a brightened up look or a color upgrade is always nice too! We have experienced stucco specialists to make any repair work blend like it was never there, the property is then washed and masked in preparation for spray work. We use special high gauge spray equipment along with elastomeric coatings to allow for maximum absorption into stucco pores, the elastomeric is a rubberized paint that allows for the surface to remain breathable and prevents from cracking and peeling. Picking a color (or colors) can be tricky sometimes, so we offer mock ups. After narrowed down to a few colors, we will physically put samples of said colors up on your stucco so you can see how exactly it will look in different areas, this service is free of charge. The same process and materials is involved for masonry and brick coatings.
